Haha, made ya look  :smt005 Ok so there won't be any free beer unless you are bringing some to share with me but I want some company so it was a shameless plug  :smt003

Ok folks!! It's time for some trout/bass action at Del Valle. I've been thinking about this place all summer and now the time has finally come. Who's in? I'm planning to be there between 6-6:30am. CH69...company extremely welcome. Hope to see some of you out there.

I'll be there, but I don't plan on arriving until 7:30 or 8:00 am. See you there  :smt006

Hehe....sorry  :smt003

Del Valle is about 1.5 hours from SC. Closer to an hour if you are a lead foot. I can't camp this weekend  but that's something I've been really wanting to try...next year when it's a little warmer. Maybe a late springtime expedition? Anyhow I hope you can make it.

Last year, the weekend following BAM, there was a Fishin' & Chillin' at DV.  I was holding my breath that it would happen again, but it doesn't look good - at least for this year.

I can't make this Saturday but I've already marked on my calendar that I'll be there Saturday Nov. 22.  Looking forward to it and will post a hook-up next week.

Good luck to all that make it out this weekend.

Michael

I hear ya dilbeck. It's not that I don't want to do it because it's cold. I can't do it because I have a six month old. Next year is gonna be a lot easier for me to get out for more than a day trip.

I will be able to go on Saturday with my kids.  We were there last Sunday and caught a few trout. Not sure how many of us will be there (3, 4 or 5) but will arrive between 7:30 & 8:30 if you don't mind a bunch of kids between the ages of 13 to 54 years old slowing you down (or you can ditch us and we would never even notice).

Thanks,
Paul R

I don't mind at all. The more the merrier. Can't say where I'll be when you get on the water but just give me a holler on CH69. I'll probably just start out trolling the narrows. If it's productive I'll stay if not I'll probably start making my way towards the north end. See you on Saturday.
