GWS attack video

Wow! This video is amazing. Video footage of a surfer getting attacked by TWO sharks! (Granted, not in the states, but still relevant.)

That happend about 30 min drive from where I was attacked. That is Victoria Bay, a great rt hand point break, although it looks like he got hit on the very inside near the beach.........

I don't know enough about GWSs to make an informed comment, but I find it really interesting that with all the surfers OTW that 2 sharks zeroed in on the same guy. Anybody ever hear of GWSs hunting in pairs or groups.

That happened a few years ago, that clip has been on national news, SA is one of those areas where the white fly threw the air to nail their victims.   And people wonder why I don't surf....my motto: never step down the food chain...unless properly armed!

It seems researchers are now starting realize they do act together, especially the younger/ smalller ones. something fishermen, divers and surfers have noticed for a while....but Im no biologist....
