Well, I'm both jealous and totally bummed out...had full intentions of joining everyone for my first-ever fishing tournament, but instead it looks like I'll spend Sunday driving down I-5 to my mom's place in Banning, so I can take a few days to do some handiwork around her 99-year-old house.  Apparently no one ever told her that I wasn't handy...  If you don't know Banning, just picture a beautiful little seaside town with cool breezes and lovely ladies.  Now, picture the opposite - that's Banning.
