Pinto Lake 4/19

well today was a great day at pinto fish master 1  and I spent most of the day out on the water. I hooked in to a nice size carp that toed me around the cove for a few minutes. we also ran into Sincoast out there. if you(Sincoast) read this it was great meeting you and I hope we can all hook up for cod on the weekend opener.

Good to meet you guys today. Fishing was tough again. I worked really hard for only 3 small bass. One on senko, one on lizard, and one on spinnerbait. All 10-11 inch cookie cutters.
Tried for trout in front of the launch from 4:30-6 and got skunked. Had two good hits and lost one at the boat. I should've used the net, trout are slippery. Lesson learned.

WTG on the Carp! I used to fish them on Lake Powell with flies or Wonder Bread. 

Pat - I am glad I didn't make the drive to LL to fish with you.
