I bought this new product that berkley just put out called the Scent Vent. Looks like a Rooster tail but the body has these little vents that you can squeeze power bait into or the power jelly.

I've got a few of those too, Frank. Unfortunately, they haven't produced like I anticipated. But thats besides the point....you definitely can't inject/pack powerbait dough into the middle chamber if fishing in an "Artificials Only" area. Heck, after using it once, the powerbait dough gets stuck in there...and you could probably get busted for using one that had powerbait dough "residue" still inside there, even if you haven't used the lure for years! That would suck! Although, I'm sure the residue could be removed if you blasted it w/a hose or in the sink.
