3/1 Rockies

It's been a while since I've posted a report so here goes.

I begged fuzz to hit the water........  Like that was hard to do.  
I tried to get the Mooch out too, but his work got in the way.

I was really looking forward to watching Fuzz freeze his cajones, but this time, it was me who got cold, very cold.

Thanks to Clint and Eric, who showed me a HUGE ling.  I'm sure when the season opens, it will be long gone.

Yes we were diving.

We were in the Monterey area.

Really windy conditions and freezing water... but I was stoked to get back out on the water here.   

Took a bit to get acclimated back to the cooooold waters, but the vis was decent, 15-25ft.  Lots of big lings lounging around for the breeding season, so it was cool to check them out.  Also nice to get some fresh rockfish to eat.   

Thanks for the pic Stu! i don't dive, but it still got me all fired up!...where were those lings during the MBK tourney?
