I am sure that Mooch will chime in but you can also wear tennis shoes with your wetsuit to keep warm.

I rock Deepsee's "Echozip" booties with spandex base socks, thin polyester middle sock, and thick wool outer.  Has worked great for the price (about $30).

This year though I think I will upgrade to their "Safesole" or "Manta" models as they have thicker boot-like soles and a velcro tab to hold the zipper up.

Yes...!!!.....Yes....!!!.....Yes....!!!!......

Any good wetsuit bootie...yes....but always with the heaviest pair of WOOL hiking socks....I mean heavy heavy wool socks......

My wool socks are heavy-squared because I always buy HUGELY oversize ones, and then get 'em wet, and then run 'em through the drier..and boy, THAT tightens up the old weave....!!!!!......

Before I caught on to wearing wool socks my stupid feet FROZE in the stupid booties.

I mean, I do not LIKE cold feet.
Heck....I routinely wear socks to bed in the winter....
