Snubbers for trout trolling

Trolling snubbers are not necessary if you are using a limber rod. But they do help if you're using a med-fast action rod (or if you're using riggers). Or, at least, that has been my experience.

use with downriggers seems a good place for them. if the line doesn't come off the clip easily, the fish could snap the leader.
