Inspired by this post, I steamed some rockfish filets after the last couple times out with just a bit of salt. It was excellent and a nice change. Had some sweet red pepper sauce. Simple, easy, and good.

Baking chicken thighs. I have been trimming the excessive skin, season and bake. A great appetizer.Spicy! Now I wish I had steamed some rice.
