Update ARW Halibut Tournament - Should the ARW Tournament proceed forward?

Winter has me checking posts less often so missed the vote but vote yes!

If it doesn't happen I'll be out there anyways, it's just more fun when you get to meet some members in person for the first time and see those that you already know again.
