The sauce ideas are great. I think the condiments are just as important as the fish for a really good taco. You can also use non fat greek yogurt instead of sour cream as a healthier option. I also like making a sort of slaw mix for crunch with thinly sliced cabbage, onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt and pepper.

Doh! Can't believe I forgot to mention the cabbage. It, or some other crunchy roughage, is an absolute must. I prefer to just thinly julienne some purple cabbage. Super easy and the color really makes the end product *pop*.
