Yeah im not really sure what im going to do about rod holders. Will just have to wait til I get the yak. I also was eyeing the Shuna or Corryvecken. Ive heard only good things about Werner. Im not sure about paddle length. Im 6'1" and my boat will be 24" wide. The Werner site says a 215cm to 230cm would be my fit. I don't know if stroke angle matters for length. Also I believe I will be low in the water, not sitting high so I don't know how that will affect either. Thanks again guys for the advice. Stoked

A good paddle really helps.   The rudder pin on my Revo 13 and AI have broken while on me while OTW.  Another time the fin mast on my MD came off.  The lighter Werner paddle made it easy to get back or keep fishing.
I used to fish with another member at EKG who was on a OK Trident. I couldn't keep up with him on my Revo 13 with turbo fins.  He would paddle right past me.  I saw first hand how the right technique and a good paddle is more efficient than pedals.
