AOTY back on?

Now that kayaking is allowed throughout the state and many counties are now in phase two are we able to start this again? If not I’m totally ok with it just trying to get some insight in the decision of when or how we can start

AOTY restarts at midnight tonight. So any fish caught beginning Monday 5/12 can be entered.
