... hope you're well... :smt006

I'm doing well here. I'm one of the lucky ones, as I can still do my job remotely. And, I get out every day for a fair bit of exercise, or I'd be completely stir crazy by now. Yesterday, it was 3 hours of hard labor with the chainsaw on our isolated half acre in the mountains. Usually, I do a brisk walk of 3 to 4 miles/day, as that's the best exercise I've found to get in shape for trolling on my Hobie. Once the Monterey Bay opens up, I should be ready to cover some serious mileage. I'm hoping that with my AI and sail, a trip from the SC harbor to 4-mile beach and back will become a routine day of fishing...
Good stuff!  Hope we fish someday or at least eat your sail troll dust...I'll pick up the monster stragglers... :smt006
“I’m going fishing.”  They said, “we will go with you.”

Ive been considering taking to the guys downstairs about hoisting it into the roof area of the alley. Its in the works!
I have definitely looked at the artificial bait options and for a lot of species I am sure its viable. I used to crush bass and crappie with dinky little powerbait jigs so I'm sure with some time on the water it can be figured out. Raking for bait is free too!
