Correct.  I'm a little challenged with posting map/satellite pics, but you want to look for the Seadrift gate entrance where Called Del Arroyo ends and Seadrift and Dipsea Rd. begin.  Just before the gate is a small road/walkway, public access, called Walla Vista.
