I broke my rivits on my Handel and I went to fix my kayak but can't seem to find my rivit gun. I am hoping some one would let me use it before I leave to bodega bay I'm on a time crunch so if possible please be in Sacramento today 25th I leave tomorrow

1) a river gun costs like $10 bucks
2) if you can reach the holes from inside the kayak, you should use ss screws/washer/nuts...instead of rivets

IMO its more a matter of having the right rivets. The type you find in a kit with the rivet gun don't work very well

I have a rivet gun you can borrow.

I also should have the right kind of rivets that you can use (ahem).

I like your just as “ahem” thrifty as I am.... I got one though 

Buy one next payday it pays for itself after the first 2-3 loaners unless you provide CHEAP bear.

Don’t forget to back that rivet with a washer if u can.

The pad eyes for carry handles are attached with screws.  Those rivets are going to last long...
