Shipping kayak!

Hey johnnyab! I also am interested in getting a kayak to the big island. I wish I would have strapped it to the roof of my folks car when they had that shipped there.

they probably wouldn't have allowed it anyways.  they don't even usually let you store belongings inside of a car going freight.

Alaska airlines allows kayaks as checked baggage to some destinations. No fiberglass kayaks allowed

I'm pretty sure I looked into this once a while ago and the rule was no kayaks longer than 115 inches.
