Any of you handy mfers know how to replace a bulb in this style recessed light?  Im twisting n tugging w no joy, afraid ima bust something

You just have to get your nails between the ceiling and the trim and wiggle it loose. It should come down a half inch or so and then you should be able to pinch these spring loaded retainer pins and it comes out. It should just have a plug where you can switch out light trims

U pull the whole assembly down away from the ceiling to replace a bulb?

Theres a metal cylindrical box fixed in the ceiling above the trim/light; it should have a plug that the light/trim is attached to or there could just be a bulb in there you can swap out
