I have to chime in here and say that Tequilla is the true nectar.  But my Pops and brother like the grain based stuff.  Little bro always has a bottle of Lagavulin 16 on hand, and Pops likes the Oban 14.  Lagavulin is a smokey peaty powerhouse, and does really well with one rock and a nice cigar or pipe.  As for the Oban, its a bit more friendly to the palate.  Great for after dinner.

I keep a bottle of Milagro Reposado in my freezer   :smt044

Good man.  I prefer Hornitos Reposado myself, but would never turn down a shot of Milagro.

Lately I've been working my way through some Single Malt Whiskey that I picked up on some business trips to India.  Who would have thought?

On my trips to Singapore I usually pick up a bottle to share with my guys.

The time before last I grabbed a bottle of Suntory and this last time I grabbed a bottle of Kavalan.

Both were really good but I think I preferred the Suntory.

When in Bangalore I usually hang out at the Craft Brew pubs.
