It works a whole lot faster and less scrubbing than using bleach. Downside is the smell is very very strong. Make sure you open the windows and wear respirator

Many fungicides are serious chemicals with serious side-effects, so if one is concerned about their own or someone else's health safety, I suggest you research the safety of the compounds beforehand.

Now that I see pix of the bathroom, I would be suspicious of more mold either on the gyp board paper itself and/or on the framing, which means that surface treatments like paints won't be much help. That non-insulated window is a big contributor to the problems, and it looks like the house might be stucco. If it's stucco, then it's important to be sure there is 6" clearance between the bottom edge of the stucco (or any other sheathing) and the ground, otherwise the stucco wicks up moisture and you'll never get a dry interior no matter what.

One last comment:  You're fighting certain forces of nature that are very difficult to balance and are almost never beaten — sooner or later you will probably have to pay some serious money to control this problem, it goes beyond what a few hundred dollars and some whiz-bang paint can handle.  Treat the CAUSE, not the symptoms.  Sorry.
