Being a new one too this site. Why is it I don't see too many spear shots in the fish? Just wondering. I would have loved to take my kayak up when getting ab's this weekend but I knew the reg's. Did get some nice ab's even though the conditions weren't the nicest and caught some nice cabazone from the shore..

April fools joke? :smt003
Boooo! :smt003
I thought I was safe since the post was on the 2nd.
And here I was coming out of my lurking status to make sure you didn't get busted.
I also assumed you were using a rod and reel with the mention of mono.
I really like the way you arranged the fish to hide the spear marks, that part really sold it.

You had me going :smt003

i think the trick to not damaging the meat of these fish was the famous "hidden holes" shots. Thats the special shot that sails the shaft in the rear and out the mouth. no new holes!

I was looking for the holes too... but I know "Fuzz" well enough to know that most of his fish are shot in the eye or near the eye.  He's that deadly!

I think Fuzz purposely hid the eyes in the pics so we couldn't see the wounds.  I'm glad I'm not a fish!  :smt087
