All this rain, but Lake San Antonio still only at 17%??

Poor Lake San Antonio still isn't filling up with all this rain.  I know Lexington and Anderson were spilling over last week, but the Monterey lakes are still in serious need:

It's gone up 33ft though. I've been monitoring the upper San Antonio river gage online and there has been a lot of water flowing into the lake.
It dipped below 6% capacity in October 2013 and has remained below 8% until 2wks ago.
The plan was to reopen in May. But maybe sooner if we keep getting rain!

You guys think the stripers survived?

Uhh, yes    Although, with the low water, they were easier to target and almost everybody kept their fish (plus, limit is 10 there). So I fear that we did a lot of damage to the fishery.

From what I understand they are realesing water? And yes some fish survived until this day.
