I hope Cloverdale comes back to life again. I have certainly seen some change since I moved away from there in '05. It was really dismal there for a long time.
I hope Willits does't go the same route. I know it's a bitch to sit in traffic, but it seems to me that we miss out on a little slice of life just to save a few minutes. There are so many cool little towns that go unnoticed because we are all in a big damned hurry.

What's the name of your place in Clovertucky?

I'm holding out for a by-pass around Eureka ...it's already a "ghost" town.

I wish.

Cal DOT sold all the right of ways that it had acquired and it is officially abandoned.

Savvy on First downtown Cloverdale is the Bomb!! ..Five stars with a rumor of a "M" Star soon. My favorite place to have lunch while pig hunting at Lake Sonoma.  The pastries /treats (Cameron's Honey) are truly worth breaking any diet!  The savory dishes are great on a cold rainy day!!
