I assume since you are there for work you are near Downtown or Waikiki?

A few more "food" options:

- Second the Kua Aina, they make a lot of burgers but I also usually get the Mahi Sandiwch...as well as Pig and a Lady
- Another quick and easy Hale Iwa stop is Matsumoto's Shaved Ice....Another popular Shaved Ice joint is Waiolas in Town.
- Shrimp Truck - Need to hit Giovannis...there is one in Hale Iwa but the Original one is in Kahuku
- Hawaiian Food - I like Ono's, though you can also hit Helena's
- Other places to eat...Side Street Inn (Kapahulu), Leonards (Malasadas), Fresh Catch (Poke), Kaka Ako Kitchen, Scratch (breakfast/lunch), Liliha Bakery (for their Coco Puffs)

The work I need to do is in Kapolei but just for one day.  I will have a car so I am not limited to any specific area.

Tamura's Market (grocery) usually has a good selection of Poke.
