Alas I return from Tahoe/Reno.  Well to tell the story I was looking for a place to jog alone Crystal Springs road.  I notice a yellow kayak along the shore and a beat up car along the side.  I also saw a guy walking along the edge of the water.  I as returned to the road I noticed another guy with a toupe colored Kayak in the water. both of them had some devise for fishing but not true kayak fisherman as we know it.  These were sit in kayaks as well. 

The is a chance that these guys might be allowed in the water because they are government officials.  Upon further thought they had the same colore vest on, green.  They were also not heavily loaded with fishing equipment either. 

Things that I pondered that may be were:  1.  They were conducting some kind of research on the lake.  2.  They were part of the water system checking out the ecosystem.

3.  They were poachers.  ( only vehicle on the road was a old beat up 2 door sedan/ with roof rack.  If they were official they probably would have had an official truck? right?

Well thats the story.  NO way are we civilians allowed to fish and kayak that water!!!
