I really like that seat!  I'm wondering if Hobie has though about maybe having a kit to install that seat into earlier model hulls?

Don't see how they could do it with the old seat configuration.  They had to redesign the cockpit for the new seat.

Don't see how they could do it with the old seat configuration.  They had to redesign the cockpit for the new seat.

Pretty sure that was on purpose. Business wise makes complete sense to make sure there is not an easy way to make it fit.

The seat is AWESOME. Makes the outback a game changer. Love my 2016 so far.

do you know if they come in single or pairs for the h-rail?

You can actually use the rail to lift the kayak?
