New member having trouble signing up!

Hey guys I have a friend who has been trying to register for ncka and he submitted it over two weeks ago and still hasn't gotten a response email. I thought maybe he did something wrong so he gave me his info and I entered it with my email as the primary and it said I would be sent a confirmation email, well I haven't received anything either. I am curious does anyone know how long it takes to be accepted or what not? He wants to go to shelter cove and has been patiently waiting for a response and now it's down to the wire. The email has been down for a while.

Mail is not working right now. Whats his name or username?

If you look at this thread you'll see that a fix was made but they may be dealing with a backlog of unsent messages. They're working on it!

To finish his registration, he'll have to follow a link in the registration email which will of course require receiving the email! Hang tight, the admins are working on the issue. There is still a week before the GSX registration deadline which is forever in internet time, but in the meanwhile you can work on his behalf to notify Eric of his intentions to attend and perhaps try and find someone to sponsor him if you're not in a position to do so.

I'll waive the NCKA membership requirement for anyone having trouble due to the site's issues.

Thanks Seabird i appreciate the help on figuring out why he had no response! I have already emailed Eric ( hopefully he gets it) and I let him know the circumstances and I am sponsoring him as well, this will be my 5th GS and it is one of the best places on earth to experience! Eric puts a lot of hardwork and tremendous effort and has always hosted an awesome gathering! Look forward to meeting you as well!

I found him and approved membership. So he doesn't need the email confirmation anymore. He should be able to log in now.
