Thank you guys for the well wishes.. and making me laugh. (by the way that hurts). I'm still in a lot of pain but the spasms have subsided somewhat... last night I got up to find a tylenol pm... low and behold I found a whole bottle of vicodin I forgot I had....woo hoo!! life is better! well at least I can walk and sleep.. no, not  at the same time!
