Gonna hit SLR with Beerhunter tomorrow for my boats maiden voyage. Question should I use downriggers? Havent fished this lake in a boat for years! :smt006

I was at SLR on Monday---first time ever so I'm no expert. In addition to me, there were about 6 or 8 boats, and lots of skunking going on. The few fish that I saw on my FF were deep, so I'd think that a DR might be a very good idea...

Yeah if you want to troll, a DR is good idea there. But I know you're just gonna soak bait til the beer's gone haha. So get minnows & frozen anchovies. Maybe pile worms too.
