Never heard of Gorda. Any information would be helpful. Might try this one next year. Fishing any good.

Two of the gnarliest & isolated spots in CA come to mind...there is the actual "town" of Gorda in deep south Big Sur. Then there's Punta Gorda on the Lost Coast in Humboldt. So far away, yet so similar.
