One of my favorite lures for rockfish and ling are Kalin's grubs or scampis in the 6 - 10" sizes. If anyone else is a fan, Outlet Bait and Tackle has them on sale for 70-80% off right now. Colors are limited, but packs are $1.00-$1.50 each. I grabbed the entire stash below for less than  $30.
