Hennessey Rocks!!!

It was definitely a beautiful day on the water!  I was surprised that it was so warm out there and the lack of wind made it very comfortable.  Sorry I couldn't be there when most of the help was needed. I had fatherly duties that had me showing up pretty late and then had to leave early to pick the kid up from school.  Next time I'll just bring him with me and put him to work.

For those that got skunked or had difficulty with the fish just wait till it gets a little warmer!  Lake Hennessey is loaded with nice football sized bass between 15 and 18 inches.  Once the water clears up and gets a little warmer you'll absolutely load the boat with them.  I hope HOW has an even there during the warmer months!!  Also the shellcrackers or green sunfish as some may call them are huge in there and can provide a lot of entertainment for those not wanting to chase bass.

It was another great event and it was nice to see some folks again!  Heck, it was just nice to be out on the water again for me!!!
