Sounds like you're gonna be on the DL for about 8 weeks. Just focus on the rehab and hopefully you're all healed up on schedule...because that puts you back in action by the end of Sept...which just so happens to be the best weather & offshore fishing in Monterey bay area...in case you want to make the trip down here to catch some fish!

Right now I'm scouring the neighborhood for a bike trainer, as light spinning is apparently one of the first things I get to do- even before I'm fully weight bearing on that side.

I want to get out for salmon before it closes, so I figure that means aiming for an October launch window.,..8 weeks and change.
