Anyone know what time Mike's bait shop and Berkley Bait shops open?

We are heading to the bay this Sat for some butt action . Does anyone know what time Mike's bait shop in Oakland and what time the bait receiver in Berkley is opening there doors these days? Probably PB it since I wanna get the most out of this trip. But yaks are still a possibility.
