Just got back from Home Depot. They had no idea what I was talking about...micro drill whaaat? Smallest bit we (as I'm now being escorted around the store by 3 elderly gentlemen at a snail's pace) could find was 1/32 dremel bit. But it was in a kit with other bits I don't need for $11 so I am going to make the rounds after work and hit OSH, ACE, and Lowes.

Thank you, Ernest. Now at least I know what I'm looking for :-) If I can't find one locally, I'll have to order online...or visit you again, Bill!

No problem.  I have some down to about a #80 (.013") along with some ULTRA micro carbide tipped end mill bits that will get the job done too.  I should be around all weekend working on my new project.

Try any machine tool supply places near you. They will have them. If there isn't any go to any machine shop I'm sure they would sell you one.

You need to go to a Hobby Shop. Ask for a jewelers drill bit.
I used to cut coins when I was a kid. Drill a small hole, slide the coping saw blade through the hole and cut out the image (Eagle or whatever).
Those bits are small enough to do what you need done.

When I worked at our JD Dealer there was a tool kit to replace parts in those cannon plugs that are used on Cannon Plugs.
Try this sight or call them.

Cannon plug tools cost some serious cash. If you all had access to some electrician then he may have some to borrow or if you have a friend who works field service should have one in his tool kit.

Working on those small pins is a bear but can be done; carefully.
