Nice meeting you guys I had to split early but I managed to get 1 small bass by the rock walls with a red/white rat-l-trap. I managed to snap a picture right before he flopped out of my measuring board. Nice day but it got pretty warm towards 130ish.

Not too hot today. I had a good time and learned a new way to fish for bass. I caught 10 fish, 9 bass and 1 striper. The striper was about 12 inches and most of the bass were in the 6 inch range. A couple of them were barely bigger than the lure. Thanks Yester for all the tips and the killer BBQ.

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope.  ~John Buchan

my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!
