Hello all. I have been on NCKA for about a year. I love fishing from my kayak but now I want to try out spearfishing. I have all the gear needed...I think. Wetsuit, weights, 2 guns, light, knife, kayak, mask, snorkel. What i don't have is knowledge of the underwater area or experience spearfishing. I would really appreciate going diving with some experienced locals. I live in Santa Cruz but can travel to Monterey or Carmel easily. I was in the military for a while and now go to school at Cal State Monterey Bay. School is my priority so weekend dives are all I can do until late June. Thanks in advance for everyones help.

I'd love to come along and help out. I have spare gear too if anyone needs to borrow anything. Fins, masks, snorkels, weights, rubber weight belt.
