I used to collect sports cards and memorabilia but now it just takes up valuable garage-space. So I'm selling it. All of it (almost). When I was a kid I was crazy about baseball and knew every player in the league...this was of course pre-internet and baseball cards & box scores was the way you kept up with the individual players. The cards were basic and there weren't many brands. Nowadays there's a plethora of brands and each has dozens of different series. And the cards are crazy! Some have authentic pieces of a jersey, or hat, or glove, or bat, or cleats, etc. And it's all about the numbered cards because it guarantees scarcity.   

I'm going to list it on CL next week for $500 but I'll hook it up for $400 to anybody from NCKA. This huge lot of cards & memorabilia is probably worth over $3000. But I don't have time to sell it all on eBay anymore--I used to sell cards but they keep raising the auction prices.
