I bought a Penn  310 GT about a year and a half ago and after many trips in the salt and minor upkeep it wasn't working very smoothly.  I sent it in for servicing and received it back fairly quickly.  Soon after getting it back I was having problems with the gears (slipping) when going for a hook set.  Sent it back in last week and today I received a brand new reel from Penn still in the box!  No questions asked.

I'm impressed.  I had no paper work to back up my purchase.  Just wanted to share my experience with Penn.
