Hey Chris. Almanor eventually ends up down the feather river so it is very much used for agriculture. Hydro first tho.
Eventually, yeah.  But they'll probably drain all of Oroville first before they start nudging PG&E to give up the water from their "Stairway of Power" in the NF Feather watershed.

How much of PG&E power is derived from hydro sources?

-Allen
I don't know the total megawatts of power produced via the entire thing, but as this link shows, the Stairway of Power is a large operation:

The power mix* we provided to our customers in 2012 consisted of non-emitting nuclear generation (21 percent), large hydroelectric facilities (11 percent) and eligible renewable resources (19 percent), such as wind, geothermal, biomass, solar and small hydro. The remaining portion came from natural gas/other (27 percent) and unspecified power (21 percent). Unspecified power refers to electricity that is not traceable to specific generation sources by any auditable contract trail.

Sorry for the threadjack.  Carry on.
