If you need to replace the hatch seal, I bought mine from Mc Master Carr. It was half of what OK wants for them. And exactly the same. It takes two pieces per hatch. One on cover and one on rim of boat. If you have the old seal. They have pictures and measurements in their online catalog.

Great deal. I didn't know they even made those in 2010. :smt001

yeah, looks like an 80's vintage
Haha she may be a little older than I thought... :smt003

I don't think it's that old.  The footwells have a ledge for the smart track rudder system.  Look on the back, if there is a vertical hole for a rudder it's the original Scupper Pro, if there is no hole it's the Scupper Pro TW made 2008 and later.

All the TW's I owned had the hole for the rudder option. Those are great kayaks. The last rep numbers on the serial number will tell you the year I think on that model. I can't really remember. I bought my first TW in1996.

BTW I have a new OK rudder system, never installed, complete, if any Scupper owners are interested, PM me for info.

That was my first yak. It's fast and a great boat but it was too tippy for me. There are quite a few guys on here that have them and love them. I just felt more comfortable in a more stable boat for me.

I only used mine a few times before selling it to another member here that I believe loves it.

It's a great boat though and you got a great deal....congrats  :smt001

The gut had everything to do with it. :smt044

Call me later holmes thinking sand dabs this weekend. :smt006

:smt044 That's pretty funny.........no I didn't swamp it like the little toy one you let me borrow  :smt005

I would be fine on the Scupper Pro with not a care in the world....just enjoying being OTW.........Next thing you know I'm taking a dip  :smt013

I'm fine now with my Prowler 15  :smt001 gut and all
