Alviso

Any inputs on fishing Alviso? A friend mentioned it and I was wondering if it is worthwhile? What can you catch there and where you would launch from?

Some FANTASTIC bird watching. Watch your tides! Bit of a paddle to sturgeon water. Public ramp in Alviso.

Anything else to catch?

It's about 5 miles to the mouth of the bay.  You can catch Stripers there too but I wouldn't eat any fish caught in this area!

You can pump some whopper ghost shrimp there...
