Spoke to him on Saturday and said the funeral service went well; and again graciously began thanking all of you!

The funds that you all donated were enough to cover his, Verna's and the funeral expenses; thou he really wanted the pony ( or at least the bottle of Hennessy)!

Got kinda sidetracked, but wanted to finalize this post and close it out; below was the final deposit to Eric's account. Just wanted to ensure all donors that there donation made it to Eric and Verna.

Thank you again for supporting our friend and brother!

 

Thank you all again, I can't say it enough. My sister has been put to rest and the family is starting to healing process. My family also wanted to extend their appreciation to NCKA for all their support.
I will be heading back to California tonight and of course back to work tomorrow, but again wanted to thank all of you. I could not have been here to help my family if not for the kindness of you great folks at NorCalKayakAnglers.
