I love my NRS Work boots...they're great for pedaling or bushwhacking alon the river or fishing off the rocks/surf or pokepoling...I use em for everything paired with my Kokatat drysuit or Tempest pants.

I just picked up a pair of the NRS Boundary Shoe. They run small. I wear a 10 street shoe but needed a size 12 boot. 15% off this month at Clavey. Cheaper that the Chotas too.

So my lady surprised me with the NRS boots in my sz (11). They were too small. Definitely get 1 or 2 szs larger on the NRS. Since Im primarily using for cold weather im now considering  the Chotas...

I got some Chota Men's Light Mukluks through Wayfair.com which is part of Walmart. They run a little big. I had to get the smaller of the two sizes that are in my normal range when I buy shoes. My problem is they leak. I don't know if they have sat around in a warehouse too long or what. I'm going to try exchanging them to see if a new pair is any better.

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope.  ~John Buchan

I've worn a pair of NeoSport Explorer boots ($50) for about 5 outings and they have been good so far. Very comfy to walk in and fairly warm. Just remember to buy a whole size bigger because they run small.

If you have the money, i would go with NRS Boundaries, just because of the reputation they have.
