SCH or Coast Gaurd in Monterey 12-20

Just got into town of Parajo Dunes!!! Looking to fish tomorrow,  plans are set for Sat at SWS but I'm headed out tomorrow anywhere there is company.  I will go solo regardless.   

Whats the word for SC right now??? Did they remove the red can???  Important information!!!!

Yeah, what is the status on the red buoy in SC? Did they actually remove it like they threatened?! I hope not!
