521 Mccovey Burger Challenge?

I wouldn't mind attending, just to photograph the angst in the faces of anyone who takes up the challenge. 

So the proposal on the table is belly busting pizza on Thursday 12/19 in San Jose and so far it is me and Martin.

oh yeah, it can be done! 

I'm planning to go vegetarian, to avoid consuming as much fat as possible.  Fat = CCK induced satiety/ appetite suppression.  So hopefully it'll just boil down to the constraints of gastric distention before I tap out. 
My chances of success are pretty small, but I'm willing to try anyway!

I would probably have to pop a box of Lactaid for this challenge. But my biggest concern is having to drive home after eating all that starch.
