IM/Chat enabled again

There was a new release so I'm trying it out.  Hopefully it solved some of the old issues ... mostly issues with scrolling while using IE browser.  Let me know if you encounter anything strange.  Hopefully all is good now and we can leave the chat functionality up.

Dang it looks like we can only do individual chats. Remember when there was like a group chat room? That was fun!

Oh the mahem!

On my ipad, I can't scroll through the list after expanding the Who's Online window.
Also, it looks like the Who's Online bar still freezes horizontally in the panel sometimes.

Tried it out today.  Works fine.  Thanks Allen.

And ... I disabled it again.  The server load is just too great.  I'll see if I can find another chat program that has lower processing requirements.
