If you go to the Hobie forums and PM mmiller I'm sure he can help. I'de take some pictures and be as descriptive as possible. He's the parts and accessories sales manager for Hobie.

 Something happened when I copied that link from the email to this post but he was able to see the post and replied to me:

"I saw that. I have no record of that part that I recall. Must have been very early on and I'd imagine the new part would retrofit.  I'll keep your info and ask engineers on Monday.
