1/5 off of Lifeproof

Purchased an Otterbox originally for my iPhone 4 well over a year and despite a couple little tears, was still hanging in there.

Almost 2 months ago, I purchased a LP case as I was looking for something I could use with an armband to run with - most expensive arm band case ever!    While I do really like it, there have been a couple small issues:

-I've encountered a little of what Art has experienced but I just press a little harder (which I shouldn't have to do) and the screen makes contact with the phone.
-several people have said that they have a difficult time hearing me.  My wife hates talking to me while I'm on my phone (which is a good thing ).
-possibly the most annoying thing for me is that I can no longer use the speaker phone aspect of my phone - which was particularly useful when driving - because the sounds is so garbled.  I'm guessing that it has to do with the fact that the phone is waterproof which distorts the sound.

I have no idea what the hell any of you guys are talking about.

+1, same deal, no one can hear me and the thing doesn't always make contact when I push on the screen.  I got used to that part like Michael, but just today I ripped apart my LP case when my dad kept asking me if I was still there, and I was tired of it    The charger port had already broken this weekend while in Vegas, so was going to have to replace it anyway.  I'm bummed, because I really liked having my phone with me on the water without worrying too much about getting it wet after digging it out of the drybag.  Guess i'll look into the other one coming out soon, or just one of those dry-pouch style ones for OTW.
