Sturgeon derby at McNear 12/9

Big Thanks to Ranger Jim for putting on the Dino Derby! Had a great time fishing with everybody. I used up all manner of luck the day before catching my first dino ever & could only manage one big bat ray. Here's a few pics of the sweet conditions with Sonny landing a nice striper and a big swath of debris floating by Marcos as we were finishing up for the day. It was awesome to see that big dino jump right behind Ian's kayak and then again as he released it boatside.
